Valentino:

"I wasn't going to touch her, or harm her, Zale." He said, staring at me. I remained silent, staring back at him and it was more like a staring competition.

I didn't want him anywhere close to her. Close to anybody that was mine and I was damn so serious about it. I would kill him this time around.

"How long are you going to keep hiding it, from her, from your pack, from the world." He whispered.

His response made my stomach churn up, and the rage I had been holding back for a long time suddenly took control over me.

I wanted to grab him by the neck and choke him to death, but I was more than that.
