After the twins had returned from the hospital with Elvira, they tried so hard to stop her from crying, but she wouldn't listen and continued crying endlessly.

Thankfully, they finally managed to put her to sleep and immediately booked the next flight that would take them back to the packhouse.

Lycansvile seemed to have affected Elvira so much in a negative way. They got into bed and spooned her as they also went to sleep.
