Chapter 12

While it was still dark outside, Amelia made her way out into the wilderness. Surely, this place is full of houses and mansions, chaotic, and busy. But at night, it was most likely deserted as everyone and full of mysteries surrounded by darkness.

And here she was, wondering all alone in this silent city. It's dark, cold, and windy outside. She didn't take anything with her to cover her body in such a situation.

She looked around her, and all she could see was darkness. Nothing could be said about what would appear from where, but she decided to leave at night anyway. Can't blame anyone.

“According to the note, I should head towards the north. It will take me at least two days to reach Malka Land. I hope my leaving at night will lessen the time.” Amelia mumbled to herself.

She wrapped her average-sized hands around her body and arms, in quest to protect herself from the cold.

Since she departed at night, no carriages were running around, and neither of the carriage stations were opened
