CASSANDRA’S POV

I can’t believe what is in front of my eyes. The childhood dream I used to wish very badly that I totally forgot about I even wanted to do this.

Life was busy from last few years but I didn’t think it would be this bad. But what I look good in it is I still have my family, my parents and my brother – alive, I get to do my favourite job.

The fluffy blue and white checks picnic blanket layered on the green grass, with a fort built with blanket pillows layered in it making a comfortable spot to lay.

A trunk on which plates and cutlery placed along with scented candles lit with roses decorated around.

A huge picnic basket with a cooler for drink though I doubt we need cold drinks when it’s already this cold.

“cheesecake?”, Ivan asks patting the place beside him.

“sure”, I tell grinning plopping myself beside him.

He opens the cooler and takes out the cake which has twelve different flavours of cheesecake.
