Tristin closed her door and the sad look on her face disappeared instantly. Her father was such a funny man. She knew she could deceive him easily. When one was driven by greed they would be so blind to things staring right at them. She walked lazily to her bed and lay down.
Now she would scam him till the seven months were over and before he even knew what was happening, she would be married to Tylor.
Tylor had come for Kate’s wedding but no matter how much she missed him, she tried to hold herself back from talking to him. These days she didn't want to see him often so she wouldn't be tempted to talk to him. It was hard, but she was going to pull it through to the end.
