Hi Annabel, you're welcome”

Vannesa whimpered, trying to hide her feelings. But she wasn't smart enough to clean all the tears on her face. Annabel shook her head, seeing the tears half-cleaned on her face. She cared not to utter a word to her agonizing friend of hers. Instead, she followed her into the room.

“I warned you to tell her what was happening, now she's known. What happened?”

Annabel asked to apportion blame to her friend.

Vannesa shook her head In regret and muttered…

“I know we have a problem at hand. But now, what's the problem?” Annabel asked, displaying how concerned she was.

“I guess mummy already knows what's happening, though I'm yet to tell her.”

Vannesa replied, gradually bathing her face with tears.

“You said she already knows and you didn't tell her. How come?”

Annabel asked with her eyes wide open.

“She's been directing and redirecting cross questions to me. And she met me tearing up here.” She narrated as she used her bare hand to
