Chapter 33

Antoinette always struggled to control her impulsive behavior. She never thought twice before acting on her whims, which often got her into trouble. Her only friend, Emma, had been there for her through it all – the detentions, the scoldings, and the tears. However, Antoinette realized one day that she had pushed Emma past her limit.

After getting into yet another fight at school, Emma received a call from Antoinette, who sounded frustrated and tired. She told Emma to meet her at the park after school. When Emma arrived, she saw Antoinette sitting on a bench, looking gloomy. She walked up to her and was greeted with silence.

"Aren't you going to talk to me?" Antoinette asked, trying to break the tension.

Emma let out a deep sigh. "Antoinette, I can't keep doing this. Your behavior is getting out of hand. You're always causing trouble, and I'm tired of having to make excuses for you. I want to be your friend, but you need to start taking responsibility for your actions."
