At The Gala

Sybil Worthington.

She reclined in her deluxe dressing room, a crystal glass of deep red wine in her hand as she watched the maid parade a selection of dresses before her for her observation.

She was clad in a soft, oversized knit sweater and leggings and had her hair neatly gathered in a loose bun at the nape of her neck. Her makeup had been wiped off the moment she got home from work. And even without it, she was gorgeous.

She had hundreds of designer dresses in her closet. Yet, as the maid showed each dress to her, she began to wonder if she really had enough. It was getting boring.

She grunted as she dropped the glass on the floor and stood up.

"Don't worry. I'll just order something from Deplexe and have them deliver it to me by morning." She said to the maid before going out of the closet.

The maid was bewildered. The young madame had dresses that were too good to be real. How was it she wasn't seeing any to wear yet?
