I stared after Andrea, long after she had gone. She really had so much of adjustment to do, and it hurts me when I think about it. If there was a way to make her see that I would always stand by her till the curse was cleared up, I would have done so, but there is nothing I could do. Already, Meade was starting to think that I was undermining her authority in the pack, and that wasn’t right.

With a sigh, I pushed those thoughts aside, and made my way to the other side of the garden. The whole ambience was calm which helped to quieten my thoughts, and made me feel as though, I was back to being myself again. I never wanted to change the way things happened in my life one bit.

The sounds of swords clashing together greeted my ears and I easily moved as fast as I could to the training room. And, there, about forty men in black vests stood on small stools fighting like their lives depended on it. They were warriors and that made me a bit antsy.
