"You don’t need to be afraid," Lucien said as his fingers brushed my cheeks lightly.

I blinked as I calmly rose to my feet, taking care not to bump my head on his. This was too much. Why did I have to sleep off now? And, why did he have to look so cute all at once?

"I should leave," I said quietly.

He settled back on the floor, looking at me questioningly. "Why? Did I do something wrong or something?"

"No, it’s not you," I said, slightly amazed that he would ask me such a question. Of all of them, he didn’t seem like the type of person who was easily swayed by anything. He was the hard as hell.

"Then, what is it?" He asked at once.

I looked away from him. "It’s nothing," I managed. It was at the same time that my eyes came in contact with the documents and I remembered why I had come to his room in the first place. Taking the document, I pulled it in front of him. "I came because of this."

"What’s that?"

I shrugged. "I have no idea, but Brody informed me to give it to you. Acco
