Monica's pov

*While in exile*

He had to turn to me as he faced me head-on. I was scared down to every part of me as he did not only have a very scary face but a very strong demanding mentality. No one needs to tell you that you should not tell lies to him.

Because he does not get mercy for anyone who takes him for a fool, as he would kill without even a second thought.

I tried to find the confidence that I could use to talk to him, but I lost it and could not see any.

I was just left to make myself silent in front of him, and I had nothing to hold onto now.

He came forward at me, and as soon as he could do that, I immediately went back in haste. I could not risk being with him or near him for even a second.

"Do you know who I am?" he said to me while trying to relax on his chair, as he seems to take things slowly with me.

I moved forward a little bit and gathered more courage in order to talk to him, as I had no choice but to communicate or I would be forced to do so.
