CHAPTER 59

Adrian held onto Bartram as they walked towards the border to Venomiya pack. Bartram had failed to convince him about not going into the pack. They were almost at the border and Bartram could feel the hair at the back of his neck stand up. Adrian was leading the way with a courageous look on his face. Bartram knew it was because he thought he had seen the alpha and nothing was going to happen.

"I still think this is a bad idea." Bartram muttered. "Crossing this borders without the Alpha's permission is dangerous."

Adrian glanced back at him. "That's not the case, Ashford knows us and he has our Luna in his clutches"

Adrian saw the terrified look on Bartram's face and paused. "You are not allowed to go in?"

Bartram nodded. "I told you I have never been to Venomiya."

"But Luna has and she is in there. We just have to find the pack house and that's all."

"It's not as easy as you say it." Bartram muttered. "I think we should go back and wait for Luna to come back herself."
