The night I found out Sierra was receiving weird texts, I made it my mission to find the person sending her those messages because I didn't want Sierra to worry about anything. That night, I saw that she was scared. I knew it was not for her, and after finding out that she had a daughter, I figured she was scared for her daughter’s life.

After she left me that morning at the hotel, I made it my mission to find the culprit. I started with James—he has been disturbing me for years—I owed him my life. I thought he might be the one responsible just to spite me, but he denied it and told me he could not waste time on her. Even though James was a terrible man, I knew he wouldn't do such a thing.
