CHAPTER 21 Change

　　"They'll always gossip and talk. That's what they know how to do best, so you need not be bothered about them," Jax said to her as they both walked side by side.

　　Heads turned in their direction and some even went as far as pointing their hands at them.

　　They could hear some of them whispering and asking themselves why both of them arrived together, some of them commented on her new look, her hair and clothes included.

　　When they got to the elevator that takes them to their separate floors, they bade each other goodbye.

　　"Thank you once again for the meal," Autumn said to him with a smile and he nodded before they went their separate ways.

　　She got to the office before Perry, as usual, she tidied the office quickly and touched up her make-up lightly. Just as she finished doing that, the door opened and Perry walked in.

　　She got up to greet him, and just as he looked at her in the face from where she stood, he was dumbstruck.

　　A look of shock appeared on his face as she stared
