I was sitting on the couch when Gabriel walked in. He didn't know I was there in the living room, so I saw him before he saw me.

He had this look on his face that told me that something was wrong. He was walking in and thinking deep when he finally looked up and saw me.

The look vanished and he smiled.

“You're still awake." He said and wrapped his arms around me in a tight bear hug.

“Yeah... Kylee is passed out in the guestroom and I don't feel sleepy."

He released me and his smile got wider.

“I have something for you."

He pulled out a pale pink box and there were two beautiful bracelet inside.

“These are beautiful." I said.

“They are. One for you and one for me."

“Where did you get it?."

“The auction, it was an item. They say you should never take it off."

I raised a brow at him.

“Why?."

“I don't know. It just says never take it off."

“Okay, that's creepy."

He laughed and shook his head but it didn't reach his eyes.

" Is something wrong?."

“Yes. But, it's not important."
