I miss Mark and I feel bad I haven't seen him almost all day.

But I am Michael's third in command and I do have responsibilities that I have put off as long as I could.

I unfortunately had things I had to do today that I couldn't avoid any longer.

But now everything's done, and it's the end of the day and I can't wait to see my beautiful mate. It takes everything in me not to run across the main field in front of the packhouse. And even more restraint to not run through the first floor.

But as soon as I'm on the stairs and out of sight of everyone, I run up the stairs as fast as I can.

I feel the excitement building in me so strongly. It feels like I'm going to burst as I make it to our door.
