Kaivan Maximilian, a figure widely recognized by almost all residents of London, is a successful young entrepreneur in the hospitality sector.
Kaivan is publicly known as a playboy who frequently changes partners. Often, he has been caught in intimate situations with numerous women, including models and rising actresses.
Kaivan was having lunch with his younger brother, Kenzi Maximilian, one afternoon. Deep in conversation, he was suddenly startled by the unexpected arrival of a beautiful woman he had never encountered before.
"Kaivan! There you are. I've been searching for you," the woman exclaimed.
Kaivan paused his meal, turning towards the source of the voice. His confused expression revealed his uncertainty in response to the woman's words.
"Wait a moment, do you know me?" Kaivan squinted, wondering about the woman's identity. "Why are you looking for me? Have we encountered any issues before?" he asked, perplexed.
The beautiful woman narrowed her eyes, studying Kaivan with an inscrutable expression.
"Have you forgotten who I am?" she inquired.
Kaivan furrowed his brow, his mind attempting to recall any prior interactions with the woman. Despite his efforts, he ultimately gave up.
"To be honest, I truly don't recognize you," Kaivan admitted.
The woman let out a slight sigh, her frustration becoming evident.
"Are you seriously telling me you don't remember me? Aren't you the man who got me pregnant?"
"What?!" Kaivan, Kenzi, and Alma, who were all listening, reacted in shock. Their simultaneous expressions of astonishment left them speechless.
Sitting beside Kaivan, Kenzi shot his brother a stern look. "Kai, is it true that you've impregnated this woman?"
Kaivan responded with a dismissive snort, irritated by the accusation. He refused to accept such a claim. "Do you think it's possible for me to impregnate a woman who isn't my wife?"
Kenzi fell silent, doubtful that his older brother would impregnate a woman without official ties. Their family held marriage in high regard.
Both Kenzi and Kaivan were raised to respect women's honour. Despite their playboy reputation, they never brought their dates home or engaged in casual affairs, especially for Kaivan, who avoided bringing women home.
Turning his attention back to the woman, Kaivan locked eyes with her. He stared directly into her blue irises as she maintained her pregnancy claim.
"I'm confident you've mistaken me for someone else. I truly don't know you. It's been a while since I've been in a relationship. Your accusations are misplaced."
The woman shook her head persistently, standing by her previous statement. "No, I'm certain it's you. You're Kaivan Maximilian, right? Furthermore, I possess evidence of our encounter. I can show you."
Now Alma took charge of the conversation, feeling compelled to intervene. "Let's continue this conversation at home, Kai. Can't you see that people around us are watching?"
Kaivan glanced around, surveying the curious onlookers. Indeed, some restaurant guests were intrigued by the situation near their table.
"Do I have to take her to my place?" Kaivan asked sceptically.
"Let's take her to your hotel," Alma suggested.
With a nonchalant expression, Kaivan agreed to Alma's proposal. He would bring the unfamiliar woman to his hotel.

"Miss, I don't want to mince words anymore. What is your real purpose in accusing me of impregnating you?" asked Kaivan shortly after they had gathered in his office.
The woman smiled at everyone. Her demeanour was very relaxed as if she didn't feel that Kaivan was currently intimidating her with all the questions and doubts.
"Before we go any further, I should introduce myself first. My name is Anna Maria; you all can call me Anne. I don't want to say too much. It's better for you to just look at the evidence I've brought with me now."
Then Anne gave Kaivan the cell phone she was carrying, intending to show evidence that could answer all the questions filling the man's head.
The cellphone clearly shows CCTV footage of an incident about two months ago, where Kaivan attended a party at a nightclub on the outskirts of London. There, Kaivan was seen drinking with his friends. Then, not long after that, the man staggered towards a room accompanied by a woman, and the CCTV footage stopped after they entered the room.
"Is this all?" asked Kaivan.
"You can swipe the screen of the cellphone that you are holding. After the recording, there is more evidence that I have kept," said Anne.
Kaivan obeyed the woman's orders by swiping the screen of his cell phone. A group of photos showed Kaivan sleeping in bed with a woman. Their position was even very intimate because it was clear that Kaivan was not wearing an upper garment, and neither was the woman.
Kaivan shook his head in disbelief. Once again, he needed to figure out what he was seeing. Curious, Kenzi grabbed the cell phone that Kaivan was holding and looked at the evidence one by one.
"You really slept with him, Kai!" accused Kenzi.
Kaivan rubbed his face roughly.
"For God's sake, I don't feel like sleeping with her, Ken. Especially getting her pregnant. This woman must have set me up, or she could just be lying to all of us."
Kaivan looked closely at Anne's face again.
"What is your real purpose in doing this? Do you want money? If so, I can give it to you. But stop accusing me of things I didn't do at all!"
Anne laughed wryly at Kaivan.
"Money? Do you think I'm doing this because I need money? In case you've forgotten, I even drove a two-million-pound sports car to get to your hotel here."
"Then what do you want?"
"I just want you to take responsibility! If you still don't believe it, we can go to the hospital right now to check if I'm pregnant or not. But first, you have to make sure no paparazzi are following you. Doesn't your reputation also matter? After all, who doesn't know Kaivan Maximilian in this country?"
Kaivan was silent. His hands were now gently massaging his forehead, which had suddenly ached. His heart was still wondering about the meaning behind all of this.
Seeing his brother so frustrated, Kenzi immediately pulled Kaivan closer to where she was standing.
"It might be better to let this woman stay with you for a while, Kai," whispered Kenzi.
Kaivan gasped at Kenzi's suggestion.
"Seriously, I have to live with someone I don't even know? How can I be sure that she won't turn out to be a terrorist, secret agent, fugitive, or maybe a spy for my rival?" Kaivan whispered back.
"But you also can't let her roam outside. How do you know if she's carrying your child? You also can't guarantee that the woman won't talk to the public. I don't mind if your reputation is ruined, but you must think about Mama's and Papa's feelings, Kai!"
Kaivan growled. Everything looked chaotic in his eyes at this moment. Kenzi was right. Letting the woman go didn't eliminate the possibility that the public would find out about all the scandals she had caused. No one cares about the truth in the news. On the other hand, Kaivan couldn't just bring a woman he didn't know to live with him.
"Then what should I do?" asked Kaivan, frustrated.
Kenzi seemed to think momentarily, then said, "Let's have that woman stay with you for a while, but I suggest you also investigate her background. You can use Hans' expertise to discover the motive behind all this."
"Are you two finished discussing this?" asked Anne, who had felt neglected by the two brothers who were busy talking.
Kaivan stepped forward to approach the position where Anne was sitting.
"Fine, for the time being, you can stay with me. I'll wait until the baby you claim is mine is born. If, in the end, the child is born and it's proven to be mine, I promise I'll take full responsibility."
Anne threw a smile at Kaivan.
"Well, can I believe what you're saying?"
Kaivan smiled wryly at Anne.
"A man is known by his words. I was raised to stand by what I say or promise. Even now, I'm concerned that what you're saying may not be trustworthy."
Anne laughed at Kaivan's words, still doubting her declaration.
"It's up to you, but for now, I'll thank my future husband. Apart from being handsome, you are evidently very responsible."
Kaivan chuckled heartily at Anne's demeanour. A moment later, he turned around, picked up the phone from the desk, and dialled someone.
"Mike, come to my room now," he ordered.
After a short while, two knocks on the door were heard, and then a young man wearing a neat suit walked in and approached Kaivan.
"Put this woman in the Presidential Suite with me. Also, tell Meggy to prepare everything she needs. Treat her like a VVIP guest. Keep an eye on her, and don't forget to station bodyguards outside the room."
The man named Mike, who wasn't Kaivan's secretary, nodded and approached Anne, who was still seated on the sofa. "You can come with me, Miss," he invited.
Anne followed Mike's lead toward the room she would be staying in. Meanwhile, Kaivan remained speechless. Observing this, Kenzi turned back to her brother.
"You should be happy to be a soon-to-be father, Kai. That means Rapha will have a playmate in the near future. Besides, she's quite attractive, just your type."
Kaivan shook his head, disagreeing with what his sister said.
"This isn't a joke, Ken. How else can I explain that I don't even know that woman? No matter how drunk I've been, I've never slept with someone I just met."
Kenzi chuckled at Kaivan's response. She felt sorry for her brother, who appeared overwhelmed by the problems that had befallen him. Despite his years as a playboy, Kaivan had never been involved in a scandal like this before.
"Call Hans right now. Ask him to investigate the future mother of your child. While waiting for news, treat her well. After all, she's a woman who needs protection."
Kaivan took a breath so deep that, without realizing it, his shoulders rose dramatically. He felt so claustrophobic at this moment.
"I'll try to follow all of your advice. Please keep this secret. I just don't want Mama to find out. It's very dangerous for her health."
"For that one, you don't need to worry. The most important thing is to solve your problem quickly." Kenzi patted Kaivan's shoulder lightly, then left her brother alone in his office.
Kaivan looked straight out the window. Closing his eyes for a moment, he tried to remember the events of that night. He attempted to piece together the fragments of memory that revealed incident after incident. However, it didn't take long for him to growl in annoyance again, as he remembered none of it.
"Kaivan Maximilian marries an unknown woman? Come on, Kai! Handsome businessman and classmate Kaivan Maximilian marries a woman from nowhere, whose origins are unclear."
Kaivan shook his head multiple times, trying to rid his brain of all the disturbing thoughts filling it.
"Please come in, miss. From now on, I will take care of all your needs. My name is Megan Lawrence, and you can call me Meggy." Kaivan's assistant invited Anne to enter the prepared room. Anne followed Meggy, walking her feet around the Presidential Suite that was specially arranged for her. The first impression Anne got was a room with many rooms equipped with luxurious facilities. There was a living room, a fireplace, and a spacious lounge area. The mini bar and the dining area with a minimalist kitchen were equally intriguing. Anne was captivated by this sight, walking over to get a closer look. She enjoyed cooking and always considered the kitchen as her sanctuary. "If you enjoy cooking, you can use this kitchen," Meggy said. She seemed like a mind-reader, anticipating Anne's thoughts. "But I think it's better to order food from the hotel." After offering, the woman quickly gave advice. Her words sounded contradictory in Anne's ears. "The chef here is known for skillfully serving
Sicily, Italy "Quickly tell me, where do you keep copies of the important data related to our organization!" Mikael, a tall and imposing man with tattoos covering almost his entire body, was currently gripping the neck of a weakened man sitting in a chair. His hands were tied, and he continued to bow his head. He seemed to have exhausted his strength from the repeated blows he had received all over his body. "It's pointless for me to tell you," he retorted. "After I tell you, I'll still be killed by you anyway. So what's the difference? I'd rather die outright." Mikael clenched his jaw tightly. The large-bodied man was ready to signal his intention to strike again. However, this time his action was halted by another man sitting leisurely, smoking a cigarette in his hand. "Stop, Mikael," he commanded. Mikael turned. He furrowed his brow in confusion but still obeyed the order. "Come here..." The man waved his hand, beckoning Mikael to approach. "That's not how a mafia member asks
Kaivan had just finished his shower ritual. After dressing neatly, the tattooed man headed straight to the dining room. Hans and Veronica were already present there – a beautiful woman who had recently been getting closer to him. "Darling... looks like you're awake." The woman greeted warmly, deliberately standing up to give a warm hug. "Have you been up for long?" Kaivan asked while returning the hug and kiss Veronica gave him. "Not too long." She responded, untangling herself from the embrace. "I arrived at the same time as Hans." Kaivan nodded, pulling out another chair and intentionally sitting next to Veronica. "Sorry if I've been busy these past few days and didn't have time to reach out to you. I hope you understand." Veronica flashed a smile. She understood the challenges of dating a busy man like Kaivan. She needed to be patient rather than demanding if she wanted their relationship to last. Besides being the eldest child of the Maximilian family, Kaivan was the type of
Sicily is an autonomous region in Italy, covering an area of over 25 thousand square kilometres. One of the things that has made this region famous is the presence of several mafia groups known as the Sicilian Mafia or Cosa Nostra. Their main activities include demanding protection money and resolving disputes among criminals. Additionally, they're involved in procurement, monitoring approvals, and illegal transactions such as heroin and weapons trafficking and even human trafficking. The clans or "cosca" that control a particular area are usually referred to as "Mafioso" by the general public. One of the most feared mafia groups is the Sicilian Mafia under the leadership of Luca Guzman. Many rumours describe Luca Guzman, also known as Don Luca, as a ruthless mafia leader who would do anything to achieve his goals. This group has managed to control the drug and weapons trade beyond Italy's borders. Not only that, but he's often suspected of orchestrating the murders of judges, offici
That morning, as usual, Kaivan was dressed neatly in his suit. Before heading to his workspace, the athletic man strolled casually to the dining area. There, once again, he encountered Veronica. Noticing Kaivan's presence, the woman, who was also a socialite, decided to stand up and approach him. She extended her hand as a sign for a hug."I've been waiting for you for a while," the woman said, kissing both of Kaivan's cheeks lightly."Forgive me," Kaivan replied. "I did wake up a bit late this morning. I had a lot of work to finish last night, which kept me up late."They both then chose to sit down. With great attention, Veronica prepared a meal for Kaivan. The two of them got lost in conversation. The sound of their laughter echoed between them. Kaivan and Veronica had been in a close relationship for the past year. They were engrossed in their discussion to the point that they didn't notice Anne's presence. Until Anne intentionally pulled a chair and took a seat."Who allowed you
"Kaivan Maximilian, finally tonight I have a worthy opponent."Edward immediately greeted the arrival of Kenzi Maximilian's sibling as he stepped into the Picadelli Shooting Arena. Everyone knew that among the four of them, only Kaivan and Edward possessed impressive skills in handling firearms.Since childhood, Kaivan had a strong interest in all adrenaline-pumping sports. Especially now, he often dealt with big mafia figures. This forced him to always dedicate time to sharpen his skills and instincts in defeating enemies. On the other hand, Edward was the only man who could match Kaivan's expertise in shooting, horseback riding, and archery. The two of them sometimes lost track of time when engaged in a game together. To the point that Richard always referred to them as if they were blood siblings due to their compatibility."I did come to defeat you as usual," Kaivan confidently stated.Edward chuckled. "Don't get too confident just yet," he retorted. "Tonight, I'll be the one to w
Luca Guzman looked relaxed this morning, enjoying the morning air while basking in the courtyard of the mansion where he lived. Listening to classical music, an underling approached him."Mr. Luca." The man reached out his hand to Luca, then kissed the back of his hand with reverence. His manner was polite and respectful. "There's an important guest who wants to meet with you."Luca removed his sunglasses. As he sipped on his caramel macchiato, he nodded, allowing his subordinate to lead the guest inside to meet the homeowner."Mr. Luca," greeted a guest who had been invited to sit. Judging by his appearance, the man, likely around 60 years old, was tall and imposing. From his attire, it could be inferred that he was a high-ranking official or held significant influence."Alfonso Walters. Why go to the trouble of coming here?" Luca asked. The middle-aged man straightened his posture."I'm just concerned about what has been happening with us lately. That's why I decided to come here,"
The sound of footsteps echoed rhythmically, thumping against the floor covered in a luxurious Mediterranean-patterned carpet. Casually, Kaivan entered the VIP elevator, the bouncing of each step matching the expensive decor. Upon exiting, Mike, his assistant, was already there to greet him. Mike assisted in carrying the work bag that Kaivan had been holding in his left hand."What's on my schedule for today?" the man inquired as he walked leisurely towards his office."As usual, weekends are typically clear, Sir. But there's Mr. Hans Ulrich waiting in your office. He's been there for the past 30 minutes," Mike replied.Quickly, Kaivan increased his pace. Upon entering the room, he approached Hans, who was sitting comfortably on the guest sofa. Kaivan asked his assistant to leave so that he and Hans could converse freely."Any recent updates?"Hans closed the business magazine he had been reading. "There are a few pieces of information I'd like to share.""And this time, about what?""
