I sometimes despise that I left with Brandon and his mother, Breanna. Brandon’s father is Derek’s uncle’s son, Thomas Brooks. Breanna has done nothing but shove ideas of revenge onto Brandon since he could walk and it’s all he’s ever thought about.

‘Be patient Brandon. I have plans for her first.’

I love that I have been able to mask our scent with the spell I’ve learned, but I can tell that Maliyah is more special than I originally thought. I watch as she sniffs the air, I can tell she knows something is off. I wanted to be the one to come to her rescue and fix her car, especially since I’m the one who spelled it, but she teleports instead.
