PAISLEY'S POV

"I saw what you did out there and I don't like that.'' Killian's voice came up once we got to our room from dinner. I fell on the bed exhaustively as I started taking off my clothes to bathe.

"What did I do?" I asked curiously, looking up at him with a wrinkled forehead.

"The attitude, the sarcastic and nonchalant response you were throwing at her, what could be the reason behind that!? You're just meeting her." Killian said, almost yelling as I rolled my eyes. "Don't ever roll your eyes at me, don't ever bitch around me again." He said curtly as I bit my lips in annoyance. I wanted to address him for calling me a bitch but I knew not to.

"I know her, she is the lady from the winery ball that you went out with leaving me alone" I snapped as he grunted.

"I told you already, she is my business partner and a friend. I don't have anything intimate with her! Just trust me, if I was such a cheat I wouldn't have been celibate for the six months we were apart!" He s
