CHAPTER FORTY-ONE : LUNA IN LOVE

As Lucius held Rey's hand, he could sense her growing unease. Her words about the temple and the voice she had heard stirred something within him. He could see the fear in her eyes, and in that moment, he knew what he had to do.

"I feel overwhelmed", Rey begun as her eyes teared up.

Gently, Lucius pulled Rey into an embrace, wrapping his arms around her as he pressed a tender kiss on her forehead. He whispered soothing words, trying to calm her racing thoughts and ease her panic attack. Rey's tense body gradually relaxed in his embrace, finding solace in his comforting presence.

After a few moments, Rey's breathing steadied, and she looked up at Lucius with gratitude in her eyes. "Thank you," she whispered, her voice still filled with traces of anxiety. "I don't know what came over me."

Lucius gave her a reassuring smile. "It's alright, Rey. Sometimes, the weight of destiny can feel overwhelming. But we're in this together, and I believe in us."
