"Hi Baby, I didn't know you were coming down to Fairbanks today. Do you want to have dinner with us? We would have waited if we knew that you were coming?" Dani smiled brightly at her mate as if she hadn't run off and ditched her guard halfway through the day and then driven for hours on the back of his little sister's motorcycle to buy a coffee pot.

"Andraste Hayes." He growled her name in a low voice and she narrowed her eyes at his use of her full name. "We have a lot to talk about." He was next to her now and he gripped her upper arm tightly as she rose gracefully from her seat, unwilling to make a scene.

"Teo." She turned her head quickly, before he pulled her outside. "Please pack up our meals. And could you order extra quesadillas and burgers for everyone please. This place is really good."
