It was hard for Dani to stay mad at her mate when he had brought her to such a magical place. She lay back on the luxurious bed and stared up through the enormous dome that showed the sky and forest around her, as she waited for her mate to come in from outside. She had pulled off her boots and collapsed backwards to stare up at the still light sky, watching the small wisps of clouds overhead and wondering exactly how angry Luca was with her.

She knew that he was upset. She had expected him to be. But how upset was he? And how did he deal with his emotions when he was upset?
