Chapter 6

Becca POV

Memories of the forest flashed through my mind, filling me with a sense of longing and desire. I could feel the heat of his body next to mine, the way the sunlight danced off of his glistening chest, and the taste of sweat as it trickled down his stomach. I slammed my head on my desk in frustration. What was wrong with me? Why couldn't I get him off nu mind?

This was all his fault if only I could wipe that smug look off his face.

" You okay? You've been off ever since you left the woods" Ravi said as he sat beside me

" No I haven't," I said in defence.

" Yes, you have.. You keep spacing out."

Had I really been acting so strangely? I tried to brush it off, pretending like everything was fine. "It's nothing, Ravi. Just a lot on my mind lately," I muttered, avoiding his gaze. Bas wasn't worth talking about.
