27. Blank Space

"It's been two days, how come your face is like that?" Diaz turned to look at Claire's face as he buckled up in the seat next to him.

Claire questioned, "So how?"

Diaz shrugged, "Yeah, like that, it's like you simply had a bad experience today," adding tentatively, "maybe."
