Nitra woke up looking up to find Vikram peacefully sleeping like a baby. She smiled a little at the sight. Today was a little different for both of them not because Vikram was gonna show her the nursery prepared by hum to Nitra but for both of them.
He noticed something that no one else could make out. After the day they found out their child was still alive and safe, Nitra started taking care of herself being responsible for the child growing in her. She was taking care but still she was not the same person she used to be, she smiled but the smile never reached her eyes, she laughed but that laughter was never from her heart, she cared but the care came out from humanity not from love for her husband. He decided to at last ask her, what was that she was wanting? What her heart was prolonging for? What was that he could not understand and kept her deprived of?
