In Elena's ears, the voice of Ethan sounded like in a terrible dream. Surrounding the voice in her head was a deep cyclone, revolving without and end. How can Liam be dead? she thought. Liam? No, there were people who had the "tendency" of being able to die. Definitely not Liam. This must be an expensive prank.

"If this is a horrible joke," Elena spoke on the phone, slowly, "it is totally unacceptable. I can't stand and watch you lie about your brother!"
