101. Tears never lie.

"You slept on the couch without a blanket. What if you got sick?" Martin said the moment I opened my eyes.

"Stop whining. It's my day off. What time is it?" I asked while sitting up.

"Around 8. Go and fresh up. I made breakfast." He said before walking inside the kitchen. I stayed there for a while holding my head as the last night's words flashed in front of me.

"Your coffee." I heard Martin's tone. I raised my head and saw him holding a cup of coffee in front of me.

"Thanks," I said and took the coffee cup.

"Headache?" He asked.

"Hangover," I replied and took a sip.

"Why did you drink another bottle then?." He asked while looking at the whiskey bottles in front of me on the coffee table.

"I was tired. So, I drank to relax." I replied in a low tone with a groan.

"The lie doesn't suit you. You were thinking about the conversation we had didn't you?" He asked.
