Chapter 63

Sophia kept hearing the cheers and gasps of people all around her. Tears were still flowing from her eyes but she couldn't take it anymore. She had to know what was going on and so she decided to raise her head up.

Slowly and carefully, Sophia raised her head up. She had expected to see her naked body out in the open but instead, she saw a lovely painting of her face in an abstract painting. She turned to William with a sudden face of confusion. William smiled as he joined the crowd to clap and cheer for her. She looked a little confused.

A few minutes later, after everything had died down, Sophia drew closer to William as she leaned in to whisper into his ears.

"What was that for?" She asked with confusion on her face. William rolled his eyes as he gave her his raised eyebrow.
