Mr Jones took a deep breath before he answered.

"Ryan is the son I had with my wife. I liked him, with my bare hands. I killed my wife and parents too" he said with a weird smile. William gasped. His eyes widened again. He couldn't believe his ears.

"You could your entire family" he said to the old man. The old man nodded. He explained that he hadn't killed them all in one day. It took him a while but he had them all killed under a month.

"Why?" William asked with curiousity. At that point, he wasn't sure if he needed to still be friendly with the man before him or be scared. He started to cringe.

"What made you hurt your family so bad?"

"Nothing actually." The old man giggled. He must have thought I was a joke but William wasn't joking. He was dead serious as his eyes started to search for possible ways to leave the old man's house. He started to imagine lies that could get him out of there.
