146. Critical condition

Vincenzo's POV

The receptionist was waiting for me to take action while I found my inner self dying.

I know it was a hard time for me and I have to face this all alone. I need to save Roseline's life anyhow.

My world is beautiful if she is alive, no matter if she is with me or not.

Closing my eyes, I just signed the papers for the abortion. I never knew about the child, nor was I ready for one. I would be glad if Roseline came out safe. Her health is most important to me.

Gulping down, I just handed over the papers to the receptionist and at the same time, I received a call from my driver.

"Sir, I have come with the donor," he informed me, His voice held urgency as he knew the urgency of the situation.

"Ok"

I hastily hung up the phone and dashed outside, scanning the area for a teenage boy who was supposed to be our lifeline at this critical moment.

"Jasper?" I asked, my voice tinged with anxiety as I approached a young boy leaning against the car.

He nodded.
