Chapter 45

Amelia's POV

I rode in Ethan's car as early as after the time he left for work. I was on my way to the hospital and I wanted to be the first person to see the doctor on appointment.

Tye and I booked an appointment the previous day and I got up very early in the morning to prepare for my outing. I made a crackling sound and Ethan turned on the bed to see a towel around me, he blinked severally, unsure of what he had seen before looking at the wall clock.

"What are you doing?" He asked and I shook my head, "I'm leaving for the hospital, I told you last night," I said, walking to the wardrobe to select an outfit for the day. "You told me, I remember," he rubbed his eyes, sitting up on the bed and looking at the wall clock again. "Is it not too early?"

"I'm just preparing, Ethan," I explained, "I will leave after your driver takes you to work," I said again and he nodded, laying back on the bed. He woke up after some time to see me all dressed. I was in the kitchen, transferring eggs fr
