Chapter 118 - Highschool Days

Cora's POV

I sat in my seat by the window alone, glancing at how rowdy the class was. Students interacting, some causing trouble and being lousy, others fawning over the class heartthrob but there I was alone in such a lovely atmosphere.

I was a bit like a misfit in a jigsaw puzzle like those extra unnecessary thingies that might have come along with the puzzle but was actually a factory error.

“ When will this damn school be over!?” I cussed through grit teeth. I didn't care that I had no friends, I believed it came hand in hand with my status.

Of course I attended a school for the wealthy but some were either not as rich as my parents or the ones that were, had little to no class. Even among the elites, there's still a class difference. I can't go mixing up with nobodies because everyone is afraid of my superiority and charm.

Just then the bell for recess rung, everyone got up and moved out in their cliques discussing what they would get for lunch.
