Chapter 35 - Missing?

Anastasia's POV

I stretched my body in search of relief, shoot for today was finally over and I could go home and sleep, finally!

“ Stella must have picked up the kids,” I muttered to myself as I looked at the time. It was already past seven. I went in to my private room to change out of my clothes and get my makeup taken off.

“ Nanny, have the kids eaten?” I picked up my phone to call Nanny.

“ The kids? My, they are not back from school yet. I thought you would do that after your shoot,” she seemed taken aback by my question.

“ How about Stella, is she back yet?” I inquired.

“ No, not at all. Not a singy word from her,” she exclaimed. Something was odd but I couldn't make Nanny worried when I wasn't even sure of any of my suspicions.

“ Is there a problem?” She sounded worried.
