Chapter Eleven

Alex parked the car quickly and run towards where Lucy was lying without wasting another second. He saw Lucy's helpless state, and felt like a part of his heart had been pierced with a sharp dagger

Alex didn’t know why he got that feeling. He just couldn’t control it and felt like it was taking the whole of him

He knelt down beside her in the rain, and lifted her up without any effort. The guards wanted to tell him they had been ordered not to allow her get into the house, but they couldn’t dare

Alex had the most dangerous look ever on his face. He looked like he could tear people into pieces within the minimum seconds and this made the guards shudder with so much fear

Without wasting another second, Alex quickly moved to the door and tried to push it open but it didn’t. After ringing the doorbell a few times, Vanessa finally showed up

"What...." Vanessa's words froze in the air after spotting the person at the door. She thought it was Lucy, but it turned out to be her brother instead
