Chapter 7

After our confrontation, I decided to avoid him but he was stubborn to the core as well. He also didn’t bother to talk either and we spent the next few days as total strangers living under one roof.

But since this stone was not melting, I grew disturbed by his actions of not sleeping on the bed.

It was making me feel inferior, like, I was too low for him that he didn’t want to share the same bed. It was… outrageous for me.

Losing my patience one night, I slammed my hand on the bed. He stopped immediately and turned to me with a hint of confusion.

Titling his head in bewilderment, he was lying on the couch, using his phone and putting it down, waiting for me to speak.

“Why don’t we change this bed and put two single beds instead, huh? What are you trying to prove by sleeping on the couch?” I mocked him, folding my arms at my chest.
