Apollo excused himself and finally could have a break. Since he came here, he has been stuck, he couldn't leave at all.

"What happened?"

"Miss Knight was here awhile ago. She... She saw you having dinner with..." Noah added, keeping an eye on the Piper family who was talking to Apollo's mother.

Apollo's eyes dilated as he asked him, "Why did not you say it earlier?"

"I wanted to but you seemed busy so..."

Upon hearing Noah, Apollo quickly ran to grab his coat. He thought he would tell her about all the things happening later but unexpectedly something kept happening.

Seeing him running his mother quickly stopped him.

She pulled a pretentious smile, peeking at Elizabeth who was seated not much at a distance from her. Unlike her smile for Elizabeth, her facial expression changed the moment she looked at her own son.

"Where are you going?" She asked him in a not-so-pleasant tone.
