102. Wet Bodies

Charlotte’s POV

Logan took me to the classiest place I've ever been to. He booked a table for us, and I think this is the first time we'll have time to spend together after a long day of stress. When he gave me that charming grin, I realized I married a very gorgeous man.

Everyone in the restaurant kept looking at my husband. If I were a nervous wife, I would think they were crazy because they were looking at him, but I don't care; I can display his face in front of their house, too. I smiled at myself, and he asked, "Are you okay?"

"No, I'm...I'm okay...it's just I have been thinking a lot."

I am proud of him, not just because he looks good, but also because he is very helpful and damn good at everything. But sometimes, when I'm mad, I forget how I hate him so much, and now that I'm okay, I keep thinking about him even though he's right there sitting in front of me.

I smiled softly, and when our food was already served. I said, “Oh, don’t eat yet.”

He looked at me with confusion
