84. Deadly Charming Eyes

Charlotte’s POV

I took Angel with me because I couldn't hold back my anger as I looked at Arman's dead body on the floor. Putting her in the back seat, I drove her to Liam's house, where Nicole was already there and the way she cried, it reminded me of something that happened a few years ago, a painful past that I couldn't forget.

She was crying softly, and sobbing in the backseat as I looked at her face. I couldn’t imagine that she lost both of her parents already. I said, “Angel, you know that your father loves you a lot. Then I want you to be strong this time, you can cry for as long as you want. But your father wants you to be strong, and tough.”

She nodded her head, and wiped her tears away with her shaky hands.

I dropped her off at Nicole’s house, and Nicole embraced Angel tightly, and asked, “Are you okay, baby? Oh my god, I am so sorry….”

I stepped back to my car, and put a cap on my head, and Nicole called my name, “Charlotte, where are you going? You have to wait for Liam
