Chapter 30 - Trigger

KEISHA was exercising and training for an hour now when her phone made a sound. She controlled her breathing and drank some water. She opened the message and it read as follows, "The cooking jar was empty. I have to take out the trash too." Her eyebrows raised, realizing it was Shadow.

They formulated their own code words using normal conversation sentences in case they needed to do this in secret. The message decodes, "I miss you. I want to kill him now." Looks like someone is running out of patience.

She sighed and closed her phone. Nothing was happening and she was so bored. It's been almost a day and a half since they got married yet everything was uneventful. "God strike me down," she begged as she stretched her arms up.
