One more thing

It was 9p.m. Thursday morning. Alvin sighed, looking at the countless piles of files stocked on his table—the cons of being a CEO.

The issue with Madrin has died—thanks to his father's help.

Alvin tapped his fingers on his table as he thought of running away for the umpteenth time today.

God knows he didn't care about the company, nor about his father's choices for him. What Alvin wanted was a small and peaceful town to live in; without the need to hide his face.

There was no day the words of his mother didn't ring in his head. Her words were tormenting his brain so much that he was starting to believe her. Maybe his face was cursed, afterall.

Or maybe, Alvin thought, he could do some sort of surgery which would mess-up his face and make him look like an average person.
