Half-Assed Confessions

His hands were on her breasts, her stomach, her back, and everywhere. He pulled back a little, and she stared up into his face.

As he held her in his strong arms which she had dreamed about, she could feel her heart hammering against her ribcage like someone was beating a drum.

“I don’t know what to do with you.” He whispered, but Alex heard it. She wondered what made him say that, but her body's reaction didn’t make her think about it for long. It was, after all, said that people need to live in the moment more often. So, here she was, living in the moment. She stared at the man she worked for, the man that turned her inside out and she waited to see what he would do to her next.

"It’s over, you know. My waiting is over, but even at that, I’m still not sure of what to do with you," he whispered, his deep voice as warm and burning as his eyes.

He placed his forehead against hers and blew out a shaky breath. Gold was now fully awake and he said. “Kiss her again. I want to feel her
