Too Late For Backup

There were sneers all around as I suddenly felt like someone's gaze was particularly fixed on me. It was weird to a fault but yet I didn't feel or see any need to open my eyes even though it's easy to detect that it's quite unsafe.

I stirred in my sleep, trying to find a better solution but after what I had just experienced. I was feeling rather uncomfortable that even the bed in the tent suddenly felt like some kind of hard rock.

My eyes slowly opened only to meet with a man– I could tell that he was a man due to his structural figure but I could also tell that he wasn't one of us making my biggest nightmare come to pass. I acknowledged it without any season.

It was the rogues.

My eyes moved around the tent but in a very distinctive way. I couldn't let them get the idea or grasp that I was going to attack and make them do something unimaginable.

My thoughts were filled, wondering where my siblings could be or if they perhaps had gotten to them. The rogues didn't say a word
