As I find a comfortable spot in the shade, the soothing sounds of the fountain fill the air, accompanied by the gentle splashes of water. A striking statue of a wolf commands the centre, its presence heightened by the intricate inscription encircling the base. ‘The strength of the wolf is the pack.’ it’s an impressive sculpture as the water flies across, spilling through the air. I notice a few wild flowers floating on the surface of the water. “I’m guessing you love this flavour.” He adds cryptically, passing me the ice cream.

“Thank you,” I reply, thinking I don’t even think I have a favourite flavour yet. A tower of three tall ice cream scoops, their creamy goodness starting to melt and create a delicious mess adorned with chocolate sprinkles.
