Chapter- 62

Chloe is stuck in the bright darkness; she couldn’t connect to Jian. If she faces a danger now, she can’t able to shift and fight. She wants to know if her wolf is still alive, that’s the only thought scaring her. However, she has a hope that her wolf must be still alive because she’s alive here. Am I? she questions utterly confused of her situation.

“How could have this happened?” Lily asks.

“I don’t know. She was alright but then from morning she starts to feel so sick,” Marcus answered. “I don’t know how he’d done this,”

He got frustrated and waited impatiently for his aunt.

Chloe could hear their muffled conversation, this indicated that she’s still alive but she’s parting ways with her reality. She walked a distance following Marcus’s voice but all she could see is one-dimensional darkness. It’s endless and there’s no way out.
