Rewarding the Deserving

VENUS, Hein, and Dylan locked me up inside the cave. I knew I could flee or even teleported, but I couldn't do it right now. They blocked all the possible ways of my escape. I wanted to scream, but I couldn't. I don't have enough strength inside me. Looking at Amaya who suffered what she's meant to experience makes me want to blame myself continuously. How come she had to experience and face it alone without my presence? I know how painful it feels to face all the consequences alone. Is this the art of level of punishing one based on how heavy one mistake is?

"I knew it," says Dylan. "He already knows."

"What's the point of keeping it from me?" I replied bluntly.

I closed my eyes, feeling all the energy build up around me. When I opened my eyes, just right after I opened my mouth, strong wind flew them all away from me— making a clear way for me to go out. A tiring body is all I have, and I used this to carry Amaya to a place I didn't know. Traveling with no direction, I guess.
