Tea time/Motherly love

Rachael's POV

I stood still, rooted to the ground as my eyes remained fixed on the door in front of me.

I would have thought— all that happened a moment ago was a just dream. It just had to be. Yet, the pain I felt on my wrist due to Justin's firm grip on it, seemed to prove me otherwise.

Although Justin had left the room already, I couldn't help but stare at the door in shock. I never imagined that he would do something like that; not after the discussions that we've had.

Just then, I heard a knock on my door. I was immediately jolted back to consciousness. It got me out of my state of shock and I took a deep breath, just to get myself composed.

"Come in!" I yelled at whoever it was, gazing keenly to know if it was someone that I needed to kick out.

It's Orchid. She pushed the door open and walked straight inside. "Good morning, Rachael," she greeted. "Queen Annie has asked to have tea with you. She's waiting for you in the garden."
