From Arina's POV

The woman standing in the doorway was about five feet five inches. Her greyish-white hair was pulled into a bun on top of her head. Her dark brown eyes were framed by reading glasses. She wore a faded plaid shirt and blue jeans. Her hands were clasped in front of her, and she had a faint smile on her face. She walked slowly into the room, her steps slow and deliberate. She stopped a few feet from me, her gaze fixed on me.

"Forgive my tardiness. We arrived as soon as possible," she said softly.

"We?" Hector replied cocking a brow at her.

"Yes, Alpha Hector, my grandson son Luke Landri is also here. I don't believe you have ever met him," she said as she turned and gestured to the man walking in.

Luke walked in, a serious look on his face. He wore his medium dark brown hair in a textured quiff with a disconnected undercut. Luke wore a black suit, a white shirt, and a black tie. He smiled warmly at Hector, but his eyes betrayed his nervousness.
