Lune Festival - Part I

“No one is supposed be here. Ever!” Something glowed in his eyes as he said those words. There was darkness and…pain. I didn’t know he was capable of any other emotion except for anger and cruelty. Then again, I don’t even know him. Every human holds endless mysteries inside them. Things they don’t want anyone else to ever find out. Outsiders only ever see the façade the other person shows them. They can never access the true person behind that act. And being in my position, I can only wonder what might actually be behind this façade he holds.

“Well?” He raised a brow waiting for me to answer. And I realized I was staring at him like an idiot for the past couple of minutes.

“Oh, um…I was looking for some flowers and got the yarrows I needed…and…um…I couldn’t find the lilies I needed and saw a Black Diamon White Crape Myrtle tree. And I tried but couldn’t reach the branches to pick the fresh flowers…and I thought if I threw something to break a branch then I could pick the flowers. So,
