I kept rubbing the tears off my cheeks. They won’t stop falling though. I wanted them to stop, they should stop falling because I needed them to. It was over even before it began. I needed to stop whatever it was before it hurt the both of us. I had come into realization that I did not need to keep doing that to him so I decided to tell him about my feelings and also make him understand what circumstances surrounded us and how we were never going to work out. My parents would never let it moreso…Him.

My heart skipped as I thought about him. Raw anger streamed through my veins as I marched forward.

“Lestiana!” I heard a familiar voice call out to me and I stopped then turned around, only to see Alerix. I had heard her name from Elris one time she was talking about how she had gotten jealous and all.

My brows twitched as she approached me, her eyes carrying a wave of energy I could not decipher.

“You…” I trailed off, glancing behind her and noticed where was she coming from.
