I scanned through the crowd, seeking the familiar face of that one person. I glanced around the place. Where was she?

She had left the class even before the bell was rung for the day being over. Where was she rushing to?

Finally, I caught sight of her brownish hair. Picking my pace, I strode to her and took her by her hand before she could take another stop. She veered around in shock and I gave her a questioning look. “Really? Where are you going? I've been searching for you since the bell was rung.” I told her.

Her eyes held void and it did something to my heart because my chest constricted with so much pain squeezing it. There was definitely things she was not telling me and I have learned to keep it at peace with her. She would tell me when she wanted. I will not force her. That was what I thought but now… she looked like she was dying.
